- Shipping:
- Product are shipped within 48 hours of receiving the order and may take upto 3 – 5 working days to reach you.
- Free shipping for all orders
2. Cash on Delivery:
We provide Cash on delivery on most pincodes, however, it might not be available at some locations which would be notified once you put in your address for delivery.
In any other case where delivery is not possible, the customer will be notified within 48 hrs of placing the order. In case of prepaid orders the full amount shall be refunded back within 1-2 working days of notifying the customer.
- Returns:
We accept returns in the following scenarios if request is raised within 10 days after Delivery:
- Wrong size
- Misprints
- Delivered in damaged condition
If you have a change of heart and no longer like the product, please write to us at luxuryclothcare@gmail.com and attach pictures of the received product and we will schedule a pick-up.
4. Refunds:
Refunds are processed within 1-2 days of the receipt of product returned.
